- Existing companies and organisations wishing to rapidly create new services for their organisation, using the knowledge based intellectual property developed by others. They are seeking to find licensors with the knowledge they require. This is known as 'licensing-in'.
-Individuals and entrepreneurs looking to start-up a new business. They are searching for new business opportunities, and see licensing knowledge based intellectual property as a new and effective way of kick starting a new business quickly.
- Business intermediary professionals who are acting on behalf of their client businesses or individuals, and who may have a caseload made up of any of the above community groups.
